fix(hosted-mcp): POST search + parity fields (Phase E)

Switch hosted MCP search from broken GET to POST /api/v1/search with JSON body matching the bridge contract. Add fields, snippet_chars, count_only, match, since/until, order, chain/entity/episode, content_scope.

Add test/mcp-hosted-search.test.mjs (InMemoryTransport + Client) for transport, auth headers, and body mapping.

Mark Phase E done in TOKEN-SAVINGS.md; complete audit-hosted-mcp-search in consolidation plan.
