Workflow

1. Drop raw ideas in inbox or straight into drafts with status: draft.
2. When research stacks up, file clips under research with URLs and quotes.
3. On publish, copy the final Markdown into published and add metrics after 7 and 30 days.

Frontmatter

All starter notes include title, project, tags, and date. Drafts add status, target_date, and word_count_target where useful.
