# Templates — token-parameterized governance doc skeletons

Copied into consumer repos by `ok init` / `ok sync` (K4) with substitution from
`.overseer/config.yaml`.

| `CROSS-REPO-COORDINATION.template.md` | `{{docs.coordination_path}}` when configured |

## Token substitution

Placeholders use `{{dotted.key}}` form. Allowed keys are frozen in `tokens.yaml` and enforced by
`adapters.templating` — unknown tokens fail closed.

Kit ships **format and skeletons**, not repo-specific Standing Decision contents.

## Public branding (locked at KH1 close-out)

| `{{repo.name}}` | Consumer repo slug — technical identifier, not the public brand |
| `{{docs.handover_title}}` | Per-consumer handover title (default: `Overseer Handover`) |
| Landing (`docs/landing/`) | Uses **🆗 Overseer Kit** in page title and hero |
