# Sprint 42 retrospective

## What went well

- **API contract** finalized before mid-sprint; fewer integration thrash sessions.
- On-call load was **light**; no pages during business hours.
- Design QA caught **contrast issues** early; fixed before release branch.

## What did not go well

- Two stories slipped due to **ambiguous acceptance criteria** on permissions edge cases.
- Staging data drift caused a **false green** integration test; wasted half a day.

## Data & actions

Delivered **18 / 22** points; four rolled to sprint 43 with reasons on the board. **Actions:** PM ships auth AC template; Platform runs nightly staging refresh (green 5/5 nights); Tech lead caps spikes at one day with a written outcome. Thanks **Alex** for flaky-test pairing.
